GROUPS OF 6 TO 15:
 
Vine & Dine is a bistro style wine bar with an intimate feel designed for casual diners who enjoy conversation without the intrusion of loud music or the distraction of tv.  Our maximum seating capacity is only 50, with the majority of our seating accommodating tables of 2-4 persons.  Due to our small size, we do not accept reservations for tables - availability is first come first served.
 
We are happy to accommodate your group, and ask that you help us make it a successful evening by calling ahead to make arrangements for any group of 6 or more.  The kitchen is staffed by one chef who is solely responsible for service to everyone in the restaurant in addition to call in take out orders.  In order to facilitate groups it is necessary for us to pre-arrange a chef's tasting menu so that everyone in the restaurant is able to receive good service.
 
Groups of 6 - 10: Please contact us 3 business days prior to arrival.
Groups of 10 to 15: Please contact us 5 business days prior to arrival.
 
The chef's tasting menus are priced per person.  Your beverages will be added to this bill, along with tax (9%) and gratuity (20%).
We will accept ONE payment of cash, Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
Please ask your guests to arrive on time - your group will not be seated until everyone has arrived.

 

LARGE GROUPS & PRIVATE PARTIES:

Large parties occupying a large portion of any space are subject to minimum expenditures as described below through either food & beverage expenditures, rental fee, or combination of both.  Tax is 9%, gratuity is 20%.

Use of any space does not include the Wine Room, which will remain open to the public unless customer chooses a Full Buyout.  Because the entrance to Vine & Dine is located in the Front Dining Room, that space will remain available to the public for egress unless customer chooses a Full Buyout.

 

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

We require a credit card authorization on file for payment of the event. 

A 25% deposit is required to book the event.  Should the event be cancelled, the deposit is refundable up to 5 business days before the event.  An additional payment of 50% will be processed 5 business days prior to the event, and final payment will be processed at the conclusion of the event.  The final payment will include additional charges for any attendees over your initial estimate, as well as any damages that may occur during the event, such as broken bottles of wine from the wine room (charged at retail price).
